- ENTRESOL LEVEL: 1 independent studio with 2 beds and in suite bath. 
- MAIN LEVEL: 1 large living room with fire place, TV, CD, DVD player, large verandas two different places for dining area, big cuisine full equipped, 1 main bedroom with doublebed and in suite bath. On this level of the garden open BBQ and traditionnal oven. 
- SKY LEVEL: An other large living room easilly transformable in 7th bedroom, TV, 2nd kichen and 2 bedrooms with 2 bed each. An other bath for this level. Large open terrace with stunning view to the sea and green hills.

    • On the heart of the National Marine Park (a natural reserve) of Alonissos at only 80 metres from the queit beach of Votsi, a typical village of fishermen, VILLA IGUANA offer a very comfortable stay with a panoramic view to the sea, cristal water in all the beaches of the island and a high level of equipment in the villa.Large jacuzzi for 5 pers. Wi-fi internet free acces. All transfers from the Athens airport to the villa can be arranged by the owner. Boat trips to the desert islands of the park area, swiming, snorkeling, scuba diving and other natural activities are really exceptionnals on this place. 6 independent terraces in a 4 level garden with sun or shadow places, big BBQ and ouside kichen offer relaxing moments for 2 families or a group of friends. Partial rent for 4-5 or 8-9 persons is possible except in July-August, please askthe owner. Boking for car or motorbike rental is also possible.

    • Nearest Town : VOLOS, at 90 kilometers distance
    • Travel Info: The easier way is to land in the ATHENS International airport. Then, by a bus or taxi booked for you, you arrive to Agios Konstantinos, small port at 165 km on higway and you take the hydrofoil. After 2h40min of a beautiful trip you are in Alonissos. All bookings for all your transfers are free.

    25% of the total amount in the booking by cheque or banking transfer, the remaining amount one month before stay. A guarantee deposit of 2500 EUR is also asked by cheque or banking guarantee. All rates include the general cleaning once a week, the replacement of bed sets and toilet/personal towels. The beach towels are not provided. All help and booking for the transfers are of course free.
