Emerald Luxury Villas is a complex of eight luxurious stone villas with private pools, in a pure and unspoilt area at the north side of Zakynthos island, offering panoramic views over the Ionian Sea and tranquillity and peace to every quest. All villas have been decorated with elegance and style and provide all the modern amenities and conveniences for a pleasant and comfortable stay. 
The villas are separated in two different types (Small villa for 2 till 4 persons and Large Villa for 2 till 6 persons)so they can offer the best solution to couples, families or groups who want to experience privacy and relaxation while on holidays in Zakynthos. The distances between the villas ensure the privacy of their quests.  
All villas are two storey, with two bedrooms and a bathroom with Jacuzzi on the first floor and an open plan living-dining area, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils, and a separate WC on the ground floor. Private parking area, private swimming pool with sun lounges and umbrellas, large veranda and balcony, safe deposit box, air-condition, wireless internet access, satellite TV provided in every villa. Luxurious daily services (maid service, pool cleaning, reception) are also provided in the most discreet way. 
Emerald Luxury Large: A two floor villa sleeping a maximum of 6 persons. 
The ground floor consists of an open plan dining/living area and a fully equipped kitchen with: electric cooker/oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron/ironing board, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a full range of cooking equipment and utensils. 
The lounge area is comfortably furnished and also has a large double sofa bed sleeping two people. There is satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, movies/books collection. 
There is also a separate WC room which has a wash-hand basin and toilet. 
A wooden staircase leads you to the two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. The bathroom has a bath with Jacuzzi and shower, hairdryer, wash-hand basin and toilet. 
The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, safe deposit box, patio doors and furnished balcony. 
The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe.

Emerald Luxury Villas located in Agios Nikolaos, in the north-eastern side of Zakynthos island, 30 km from Zakynthos town and only 300 m away from the sea. Agios Nikolaos is a small fishing village, still untouched by tourism, with traditional architecture and peaceful atmosphere.  
At the port of Agios Nikolaos, which is always full of fishing and excursion boats, you can get a boat trip to visit the famous Blue Caves and the Shipwreck. You can also take the ferry to the nearby island of Kefalonia that departs daily from the port.  
The beach of Agios Nikolaos with the deep blue and crystal clear waters, is perfect for swimming and relax. There are many tavernas around where you can taste fresh fish, local dishes and traditional Greek cuisine. Apart from Agios Nikolaos beach, the famous Makris Gialos beach and Xiggia springs are also close to Emerald Villas. Peligoni Club, for sailing and water sports, is a short walk from the villas.

Deposit Policy: 30% deposit is required to confirm a booking. Payment Options: Credit card/bank transfer. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your booking and get refunded if it is at least one month before your arrival, if it is after that period of time then you loose your deposit. If you have arrived at your villa and wish to cancel the rest of your stay then you pay for the nights you have been accommodated and 50% of the rest of the period that you have booked.
