There are 2 futher bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs.

The pool is 15m by 5m (please note that it is not suitable for children without supervision). There is an outside barb-be-que, large covered terraces with sun loungers and alfresco dining area. A quiet area with decking under the shade of an olive tree makes a perfect meditation/yoga area. The garden has olive trees and newly planted eucalyptus.

The Villa has a large open plan living/dining area, with a fully equiped modern kitchen, complete with hob, cooker, fridge/freezer, drinks fridge and dishwasher. The spacious open plan living area has a fire place, 2 large chesterfield sofas and large dining area with three sets of double doors leading onto the terrace, ideal for outside dining.

The villa has large open terraces with outside dining area under shade with spectacular views of the sea and mountains.

Relax by the pool	Chill out

Beach, Boating, Hiking, Horse Riding, Restaurant, Sailing, Theme Park, WaterSkiing, Water Sports and Rental, Zoo/Wildlife Park

The little port of Agnios Nicolaos is just 8 mins drive away whcih has a beach. Alykes is further away but offers long beaches with lots of water sports. You can also take a boat trip that goes to the famous ship wreak bay and the blue caves.

Water activities are also available through the Peligoni club through July and August.

There is a water park near Zakynthos town open during the summer.
Zakynthos town is about 50mins drive away, is a thriving, charmingly chaotic place to visit, good shops, restaurants, churches and museums. The town had a good night life and outside cinema. You can explore the lush green mountains, spring is an especially pretty time to visit the island as all the wild flowers are blooming.
There is also the turtle breeding santuary and the famous ship wreck cove.

The next 75% 8 weeks before departure. Our change over day is sunday, this can be flexible, except July and August. Payment by cheque
