The villa is for rent only for Summer period in June, July and August.

For May and September upon request.

The rate in Summer period is 7.000 euros / week up to 8 persons.

The minimum accepted stay is 2 weeks.

The booking is confirmed after signing of contract and payment of an account of 25% of the full rent ( not refundable )by transfer to Owner's bank account.
Full payment to be received 45 days before arrival together with a safety deposit of 2.000 euros.

Price includes : house maid 3 times a week, gardener, pool and garden maintenance, fuel, water and gas consumptions, internet connections, house and bed linen.
Only electricity and telephone consumptions to be payed as extra charges.

The security deposit of 2.000 euros is refundable after deduction of any damage or loss as well as electricity and telephone consumptions upon justificatives.
Electricity rate applied: 0,12 €/kwh, Telephone communications as OTE invoice.
