    The villa is for rent for a minimum period of two weeks and a maximum of 6 persons. Price for the low season ( May,June and October ) : 6.000 €/weeek. For the high season ( July, August and September ) : 8.000 €/week. For long term rental prices are decreasing ( on request ). The booking is confirmed after signing of contract and payment of an an account of 25% ( not refundable ) by transfer to Owner's bank account. Rest to be received 45 days before entrance together with a safety deposit of 3.000 euros. Prices include : house maid 3 times a week, garden maintenance, water, fuel and gas supply, house and bed linen. Electricity consumptions ( 0,12 €/Kwh ), telephone connections to be paid as extra charges. The security deposit of 3.000 euros is refundable after deduction of any damage or loss as well as electricity and telephone consumptions upon justificatives.
