Villa Bernice is a lovely 3 bedroom villa with its own swimming pool. It is only a 5 minute drive from 2 shingle beaches both which have a taverna and just 15 minutes walk from the village of Manganos where you will find a mini market and 2 local tavernas. A 10 minute drive will take you to the exquisite Venetian port of Fiscardo. 
 
The pool is private (8m x 4 and 1.8-1.3m deep) and the patio has ample sun loungers and a large umbrella and fantastic seaviews. In addition the villa face the sunset making it a beautiful place to watch the sun go down. 
 
Should there be a larger party, then its possible to take the villa next door - the Villa Hilltop which is similar in design but has 2 bedrooms.  
 
The villa was designed by Christo Koutsandreou who made his reputation restoring some of Fiscardo's traditional houses to their former glory. Christo retained a traditional Kefalonian look for the villa with wooden shutters on all the doors and windows and a traditional-style balcony upstairs

The Villas are in the tiny village of Pecoulari, hidden away in a forest a short 10minute drive from the exquisite Venetian port of Fiscardo. In colonial times when the British ran Kefalonia, the governor of the island had a home in Pecoulari, enjoying the same spectacular views as the two modern villas. 
 
The Villas are situated close to the village of Manganos which is a very small Greek village with just a mini market and a couple of local tavernas. A 
 
Fiscardo village has lovely well preserved original Venetian style buildings decorated in pastel colours. The village is pedestrianised so you park in the main car park and walk down by the church and through the winding alleyways to the harbour side. Here you will find a lovely selection of restaurants and shops..  
 
BEACHES 
There are 2 shingle beaches a short drive from the villa however, the pretty cove at Myrtos, about 40minutes away, is definitely worth the drive.

Deposit required of £300 Balance is due 10 weeks before departure. Cancellation charges: Deposit is unreturnable. 50% of total rent is charged upto 28 days before departure. Within 28 days of departure the full rental is charged. We accept payment by debit card, credit card with a 2.5%charge or by cheque (though deposits must be paid by debit or credit card to secure the booking)
