The villa's situation is totally private and secluded, without being isolated and Plani beach, directly below the villa is only a five minute walk away, close enough for you to hear the sound of the sea on the shore whilst sitting on the terrace.

There is plenty of space in the villa, with an enormous open plan kitchen/dining/living room, opening on to the terrace and two bedrooms and well fitted bathroom on the same level.

Underneath the main part of the house is a large self contained studio (60 sq.m) equipped to the same standard. The village of Lakka, with shops, cafes, bars and plenty of tavernas is about a six minute walk away.

Lakka is ideal for people who enjoy some activity while on holiday, whether it is walking, messing about in boats, or swimming. It has a water sports centre as described above and the possibilities for walking are excellent. Staying in a quiet villa outside the village, amongst the peaceful olive groves and walking down to the lively harbour front for lunch or an evening meal, provides the contrast that many people seek. Evenings in Lakka are quite lively, with music bars which in the high season, stay open until the early hours.
