Finished in 2004 the villa has 160sq metres of accommodation plus large verandahs plus a ground floor utility room. Split-level lounge leads down to the fully fitted kitchen and dining area. Terraces outside lead to the swimming pool, BBQ area and to our waterside private moorings.
Virtually all rooms air-conditioned with UPVC windows/doors with shutters and fly-screens. Ideal property for those wishing to either rent a sailing or motor boat locally, or wishing to trailer their own boat or jet-ski. There is a good public slip-way across the bay in Nidri from which to launch your water-craft. Allan Gauci also runs a yachting company offering learn-to-sail, cabin/skipper charter, flotilla and bare boat charters and these services can be booked directly through him. Only 12 minutes by car from the resort of Nidri - 5 minutes by motor boat.

The property is a twelve minute drive - even less across the bay by motor boat - from the popular town of Nidri with all its tourist attractions such as water sports, diving, restaurants etc.
