Vacation Rental Description
The Villa (sleeps 2-8 persons) is ideal for families, friends, couples, honeymooners.
The 1st floor of this fully air-conditioned villa has large open plan lounge with sofa, feature fire place, TV, DVD player,free satellite TV and safety deposit box. The kitchen and dining area are fully fitted with cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker, toaster and sandwich toaster, blender and all other necessary equipment. On the same floor are two bedrooms, the master bedroom with ceiling fan, double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, while the second has twin beds and en-suite toilet and shower room, both have furnished balconies with sea view.
The lower level has a further two bedrooms each with twin beds, en-suite toilette and shower rooms and balconies. There is also a small lounge with sofa and well equipped kitchenette with fridge, these leading to the swimming pool with surrounding patio which has table and chairs for 10 people. The 40 square metre pool has sun beds and umbrellas, a barbeque and plenty of space for parking.
The nearest beach to the villas is within 500m distance. The famous beach of Passa in Perigiali village is 1,5km from the villas. You may find water activities in the next cosmopolitan village of the island, Nidri (1km from the villas).
