Villa's apartment on Lefkas IslandThis villa's ground level apartment is located to the east of Lefkas island,I km from cosmopolitan Nydri,enjoys full privacy,is situated within 2,000 square meters of lawn area,spacious compared to most of restricted outdoor space villas,amidst a beautiful garden of every kind of trees and a unique wood beside the real.. 60qm! private swimming pool.The view at the sea and the other small islands is marvellous,the whole environment very relaxing,quiet,ideal for children who need an outside space for playing.The owner who teaches greek literature and philosophy is the only person living on the third floor and is happy to share with you information about the local and greek culture.The car is essential so that you can roam around the enchanting island of Lefkas,however the owner is willing to take care of it in advance on your account. Bars,shops,restaurants are to be found only 1 km far from the house,accessible by walking among a beautiful olive grove.I think the less subjective somebody speaks about his property,the more attractive makes it for the objective viewer.And thats the crucial difference..
