Sleeps up to 8 — large private pool — Sky TV, wifi, air conditioning...
Kefalonia boasts few holiday rental properties which can compare with Jasmine Villa's superb combination of tasteful luxury, privacy and tranquility and breathtaking views — all within easy reach of several glorious beaches, Argostoli, and the island's other numerous attractions.
Dominating the hill above Dorizata village, Jasmine Villa is faithful to traditional Ionian architecture, with the tasteful use of local stone, marble and granite — both inside and out — complementing the imposing venetian lines of the building.
Location, location, location
Well outside of the vilage,at the very end of the road, Jasmine Villa could not be better placed. The views are truly panoramic (see the banner above) from the majestic mount Ainos to the east across the Ionian to Zakynthos in the south. This is no villa complex. The occasional herd of goats and their herdsmen are all that may intrude on your idyll as you relax by the pool.
Space and comfort
Designed as a home, Jasmine Villa is spacious in every respect. From the huge open-plan lounge, the large well-appointed kitchen to the huge balcony, king-sized bathroom and vast poolside space, no compromise has been made to economies of building costs. And every comfort and convenience is provided. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas... jacuzzi style bath... wifi, DVD, Sky TV... american-style fridge with ice-maker... the list goes on.
The outdoor life
Outside, the theme continues. The large covered verandah serves as the dining room in the long Greek summer, and imposing stone steps lead down to the large custom-designed pool, with the poolside paved in pilion stone, flanked by lawn to one side and the large shaded pergola and barbecue to the other. There is even an outside WC for those lazy days in the sun.
Hit The Beach!
Whilst you could happily while away your days without looking farther afield, The local beaches are stunning. Just few minutes away by car (or about half an hour on foot for the intrepid) lies Ayios Thomas' beaches and their two tavernas and bars. And just a little further afield are Trapezaki, Pessada and Spartia, each with their own special charm.
Jasmine Villa is equipped with every comfort and facility to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.
