Blue Villa in Fiscardo of Kefalonia Island, is the new proposal for a dreamy stay! It was built in 2009, in a perfect accordance to the island’s traditional architecture; Blue Villa is one of the 2 identical luxury villas with a stone design that can easily accommodate four people each one, are ready to welcome you! This marvellous property is located at the north-east part of Kefalonia, on the idyllic hills of Evreti, just a breath away from the renowned Fiscardo. There, the plush green surroundings join the deep blue color of the sea, bringing together an enchanting atmosphere. The panoramic view that Blue Villa offers will have the visitor in awe. Green is spread all around; Blue meets the horizon, while the western coasts of Ithaca dominate the background, creating a pristine, breathtaking scenery. Note that every Villa has its own Private Pool, Private Parking space, BBQ. Nothing is shared! They are two different, independent fabulous properties!

As the swimming pool is easily accessible the Villa is not suitable for children under 5-6 years old!

A dream come true!

I live in Athens with my wife and my 8 years old son. I have spent all my childhood holidays in Evreti and that made me fall in love with the landscape. From younger, my dream was always to build a villa at the specific spot of Evreti as I think this is the most beautiful area of the village. And in 2009 that dream came true! We have made a house that you will love to live inside and outside it! I am an optician and I run with my family 5 optical stores in several spots in Greece. My dream now, is after 20 years (at my sixtys) to give up everything and if we are healthy and strong, to come here and live at Blue Villa forever. Someone who has already come to Blue Villa can understand why!
