The closest neighbor is 150 meters away, providing you privacy, serenity and luxury. All necessities are walking distance, including public beaches, shops, restaurants and rental agencies should you want to rent a car, bike or moped.
If you are traveling the islands by boat, you can dock just below the villa. The villa is fully equipped to provide you with all the comforts of home in an environment that will create wonderful holiday memories.
The villas have the same amenities in each, with a shared barbeque. Each one is individually decorated. Both villas can be rented for a group of friends or a family reunion. Reservations require a 20% deposit at booking for the rental to be confirmed. The final balance of rental must be received no later than 30 days prior to the arrival date. If reservations are made less than 45 days before arrival, then 100% of the rental are required within 5 days of booking.

All payments must be made in Euros or US Dollar equivalent based on the published exchage rate as of date of booking. USD check, Cash, Money Transfer and Pay Pal are acceptable forms of payment.
