This lovely 2 storey holiday house is the perfect place to enjoy your holidays in style and luxury.  
Located in splendid isolation along the coast of southeastern Kefalonia, Villa Alkionis offers you the unique privacy for family holidays as well as for romantic holidays for couples.  
 
From the large veranda - ideal for dining al fresco - you can enjoy a stunning 180° view of the emerald blue sea, which lies just 50 meters below the villa: the ideal surroundings for dreaming away while lying in the hammock. The surrounding grounds are planted with flowers as well as with the local herbs like thyme, mint and rosemary. These you can pick and use for the BBQ. The villa benefits from its own private infinity pool. 
 
The villa boasts an undeniable ‘wow factor’ also because of the high vaulted ceilings and patio windows on every wall that emphasize the unique scenic surroundings. Downstairs, the large open plan sitting/dining area will make you feel at home immediately. The separate kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. 
 
A white marble staircase leads to the three comfortable bed rooms - 2x twin beds and 1x a double bed – which have each a separate sea view balcony and a.c. One of the two bathrooms is en suite.  
 
The villa is cleaned 3x per week, unless otherwise arranged. Clean towels are provided for 3x per week and clean sheets 1x per week. Sunbathing/swimming pool towels are provided for.  
 
The villages of Skala and Poros are situated on either side of the villa 7 min. by car. In Skala you can do water sports at the huge sand/shingle beach. Poros is lovely situated in between the green hills and the shore. The village offers you a number of traditional taverns along the beach for dining and wining.  
 
Phillip Metaxas, your host, will make you feel welcome upon your arrival and is always happy to answer your questions about relaxing island trips, shopping, boat hire etc.
