Camellia has a modern light and airy feeling and has been furnished to a high standard.
Our front door leads you into the kitchen area, complete with oven, hob and extractor. We have supplied two fridges, one for your food items and one for those all important cold drinks. The kitchen has a dishwasher which comes complete with dishwasher tablets for the length of your stay. We have provided all the basic items along with a microwave, toasted sandwich maker, iron and board. As part of our baby pack the kitchen area comes complete with sterilizer, plastic plates, bowls, cups and cutlery. A welcome basket will provide, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, butter, jam, a bottle of water and a couple of toilet rolls. We also provide a packet of swim nappies for families travelling with small children. A cool box and picnic set is also provided.
The open plan living and dining area is furnished with a huge L-shaped sofa which converts to a sofa bed should you require it, this will sleep two adults. We have provided a flatscreen TV, DVD player, CD player and X-box games system. Our living area seats six as does our dining area. We have also provided a baby high chair. In our corner area we have a chest full of baby toys along with beach toys, armbands and rubber rings. A selection of games and books for adults is also provided. All of our selection of DVD's, games and books range from the very young through to adult age. Leading from our lounge/dining area we have french doors leading to a patio area with great countryside views and comes furnished with a gas BBQ and table and chairs.
Our main bedroom has a double bed and plenty of storage, a set of french doors lead onto a patio area and your bedroom window has lovely countryside views. Our second bedroom is our twin room, again with french doors leading to your own patio area. The second bedroom has a cot, it is a proper cot and not a travel cot, it comes complete with a cot-top changer.
Our bathroom has a full size bath, complete with shower and screen. Hidden behind the bathroom door is your washing machine. The bathroom comes complete with bath and beach towels. As part of our baby pack we have provided a baby bath seat, padded toilet seat and potty along with a thermometer.
On your arrivial the villa will have fresh sheets and towels, there is a spare set of linen left in the villa at all times. Depending on the length of your stay we are happy to change linens and clean when required.
We have also provided a baby car seat should you wish to hire a car from the resort centre. It is also used for our private transfers.
The villa has a private garden with BBQ area. Our pool is totally private and has sun loungers, hammocks and outide pod style chairs. Our private garden is totally secure with its own lockable gate and is therefore suitable for young children, within the garden we have supplied a children's play area complete with sand pit, slide, swinball, netball and small climbing frame. The childrens play area is fenced from the pool itself and is therefore safe for children to play.

Our representive will be your contact for your stay. He lives approx 15 minutes from the villa. He is English born but now lives on the island. Great for local knowledge and advice.
A standard £150.00 security/breakage bond is charged, irrespective of stay or number of guests. This bond is to be paid in a seperate amount with your second stage booking. We will hold this until the villa has been checked after your departure.

St George South is approx 32km from Corfu town, if you want to stay put for your stay, St George offers everything you could wish for. It has a 12km sandy beach and offers you a different spot each day to enjoy the sun, sand and sea. The beautiful blue sea has a shallow's waters edge so great for little ones. The beach offers a range of watersports and taverna's located directly on the beach offer you a selection of lunches and even a free sunbed. Boat trips are available from the harbour area should you wish to experience the many coves and beaches Corfu has to offer. Both local coach trips and the public buses operate from St George, both a cheaper way to get out and about should you not wish to hire a car. All of the taverna's located within St George, of which there are many, offer great local food and lots of fresh fish. St George offers a relaxing holiday best suited for couples and families. Lake Korission is a local attraction.

Camellia is located at the end of a paved walkway. The last villa in the rank, it boasts a peaceful location set away from the road. Newly completed in September 07 it is just five minutes walk from the beaches and the centre of St George. The villa comes with great countryside views and has its own large private garden, complete with your own private pool. The villa is air-conditioned and has mosquito blinds fitted to all windows with the exception of the kitchen and bathroom. The villa has tiled floors throughout, lime washed wooden ceilings complete the light and airy feeling. Each bedroom has its own patio area, french doors lead you to a quiet spot complete with table and chairs.
Our aim is to make your stay one of total relaxation, on arrival a welcome basket will provide items to get you started. A quick change out of your clothes and you can enjoy a dip in the cool pool or lie down in the sun and relax.

After your enquiry is received and you confirm that you wish to book with us, your booking will be noted but not confirmed until your 25% deposit is received. When your deposit is received at this point only will your dates be marked as 'booked' on our calendar, you will then be issued with a conformation letter. Your final balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival. Once your second stage booking is received we will then issue you with details of your contact during your stay and directions to the villa should you not require a airport transfer.
