Vacation Rental Description
The bungalow would suit 4 adults and two children. The lounge area has 2 sofa beds which are very comfortable and during the day, double up as settees.
There is a maid service once a week,with change of bed linen, towels and cleaning of the bungalow.
The terraced area is perfect for shade during the afternoon sun, and the outside patio area is large enough to sit up to 6/8 people.
There are no wheel chair ramps, however as it is a bungalow and the swimming pool area and patio are on flat ground steps etc are not a problem. There is also car parking facilities for 2 cars right outside the building.
The lounge/kitchen area is 9mtsx5mts, large enough to cook,eat and relax in comfort.It leads onto the outside terrace which, in spring/summer months will give extra space for guests to relax and eat. The property and location will provide all guests choices of what type of holiday they require.

Notes: A full sized table tennis table is available to play on the patio area. Air conditioning available at cost of 10 euros per day. Although the villa does not have internet access, Vodaphone in Corfu Town provide a SIM card for lab tops which works out at under 30p per minute-60 hours for 20 euros. The has excellent villa satellite signals enabling excellent internet and mobile phone access. I have a deal with a local car company who give 40% discount for my guests.Saving 15euro per day.
