Beautiful stylish traditional villa/maisonette house 2m to the beach with clear light blue/turquoise colour water and with amazing view of the bay of Evoicos sea. Is decorated and built with love and lots of personal art work.1st floor:There is a small and a big balcony with sea view that can host yoga classes! 2 bedrooms(with sea views) and a cute loft (sleeps 2/3). The bathroom is in a level between the 1st floor and the ground floor. Ground floor: spacious kitchen and living room, very stylist and comfortable with handmade cornstalk-ceiling and dinning table. It has a small back garden and a beautiful front garden with patio and an utility room on the basement.The house is very bright, clean and cool, it has lots of windows and doors that provides fresh/cool breeze at all times. Being next to the beach you do not need to worry about getting there or if you have all you need because you are just there! The house has a great energy and it will definitely makes you feel peaceful.

Porto Bouffalo is a very small picturesque fisherman's village on the island of Evia, is approached by a downhill country road and from the top of the mountain the views of this marvellous natural harbour are breathtaking. Bouffalo has a little port and a small beach in a beautifull gulf that keeps the waters of the sea always calm, perfect for swimming. Is located 10-15min by car or craft to 3 private beautiful beaches. It has 3 fish tavernas at the waters edge and this is the perfect place to sit and enjoy an ouzo and fresh local sea food while the sun goes down. 
 
There you can also buy fresh seafood every day if you prefer cooking.It has very easy access for day tours to explore the beautiful Evia.The nearest shopping facilities are in Argiro (5min drive) and at Zarakes and Krieza (20 and 15 min drive). Buffalo is just 2hours and 15min drive from Athens and is not a busy touristic place. There you can find true peacefulness, is the best place to recharge and rest.  
 
Kamari and Sikies Beachs are a 10 mins drive, Zarakes beach with its tavernas/restaurants is a 15 mins drive, Aegean Sea is a 20-40 min drive.
