Spiti Anna is an old stone farmhouse which has been lovingly restored to create a warm and comfortable atmosphere. There is spacious living area, modern kitchen, 2 charming bedrooms and inside dining room with original fireplace. An outside upper terrace has built-in barbecue, and vine-shaded balcony which is ideal for outside dining. Lovely views to the sea down a valley of cypress and olive trees.

An ideal self-catering summer retal for those wanting to get away from it all and discover an untouched part of Greece.

Swimming and snorkelling at nearby beaches and enjoy a fish lunch on the water's edge. Browse the farmers' market in the main market town of central Evia. Explore the famous "Dragon Houses" (prehistoric temples) of Nea Styra. Visit Karystos on the south coast of Evia, where there is an archaeoligical museum, a fascinating Venetian castle, a winery and waterfront shops and tavernas.
Sip an ouzo at one of the many tavernas of Nea Styra and watch the evening promenade.

One bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed.These bedrooms are on the lower floor and both open onto a lower terrace. Both rooms have views down the valley to the sea.
Upstairs there is a comfortable sofa-bed in the living room and also in the TV/Dining room.

The house is built on a hillside and there a places to sit on three different levels.

A hammock is strung between two olive trees.

Low Season Price : €800
High Season Price : €1400 per Week

25% non-returnable deposit as confirmation, payable direct to owner's bank account.

Balance to be paid one month before arrival.

500 euro security deposit on arrival, reimbursed at end of stay. This is against damage or loss, not normal wear and tear.
