Villa Thea is in the Afandou / Kolymbia area of RHODES on a hilltop location offering outstanding all round views of the sea, hills and countryside. and is available for your holiday of a lifetime. Accommodation is suitable for 6 people in three bedrooms, each with balcony. A spacious living area with two single sofa beds, and modern fitted kitchen are complete with all essentials. Outside in the landscaped walled grounds, is a patio and terrace to a private 8m x 4m tiled swimming pool. There is private parking space on the property. Local amenities are a short drive in Afandou and Kolympia. Afandou beach provides quiet areas to relax, and Kolympia has beach and water sports. This area is an excellent central location from which to explore this wonderful Island. Ideal location for walkers. It is just a 30 minute stroll to Kolimbia for shops bars and restaurants.

Linen and indoor towels are provided. Cleaning and fresh linen etc on a weekly basis or at changeover. Prices include FREE use of all facilities plus FREE welcome pack of food and drinks. Any extra costs are at customer's option for call out or extra cleaning.
