Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
Preferred changeover days are Wednesday and Saturday. Arrival time is after 16:00. Villa must be vacated by 10:00 on day of departure unless prearranged.
Cleaning is kept to changeover for privacy, however a mid-stay clean is provided on bookings of 10 days or more. Additional cleaning and linen changes can be organised for a small local charge.
A 25% deposit will be required at the time of booking.
Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to booked date.
A £150 / E 180 security bond is required when you pay your remaining balance and will be held by us and returned to you immediately after your holiday providing we have confirmation no damage has occurred during your stay.
Payment currency and methods: At the moment in GBP by personal cheque, or electronic bank transfer.
Prices do not include travel insurance. this should be purchased seperatly
