Villa Petalutha (butterfly in Greek) is a new villa, centrally located within picturesque Rhodes. Outside, the villa enjoys a landscaped walled garden surrounding the private pool and terrace. The location is perfect, offering a choice of beaches within 1km; Afandou with its never ending expanse of sand or Kolymbia bay offering water activities. Both Afandou and Kolymbia towns offer shopping, restaurants and bars. Afandou 18 hole 72-par length Golf course is also just 2km/1.3 miles away! Rhodes offers the visitor a multitude of all year round leisure activities, covering all types of tourist activities, and has an excellent tourist infrastructure all to captivate its visitors. The island has excellent shopping, romantic temple ruins and a fabulous Medieval 14/15th Century Old Town (World Heritage). The beautifully lit swimming pool measures 8x4m (26x13ft). The spacious sun terrace around pool includes a table, chairs (6), barbeque and sun loungers. Perfect for relaxation, soaking up the sun, entertaining and taking in the stunning views. The terrace can be the perfect place to take in the sea view whilst sipping a glass of wine and feeling the breeze from the sea

Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. Preferred changeover days are Wednesday and Saturday. Arrival time is after 16:00. Villa must be vacated by 10:00 on day of departure unless prearranged. Cleaning is kept to changeover for privacy, however a mid-stay clean is provided on bookings of 10 days or more. Additional cleaning and linen changes can be organised for a small local charge. A 25% deposit will be required at the time of booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to booked date. A £150 / E 180 security bond is required when you pay your remaining balance and will be held by us and returned to you immediately after your holiday providing we have confirmation no damage has occurred during your stay. Payment currency and methods: At the moment in GBP by personal cheque, or electronic bank transfer. Prices do not include travel insurance. this should be purchased seperatly
