This beautiful lindian house has been recently restored by the owners. Outside on the ground floor you will find a courtyard and seating area, decorated koklaki floor (pebbles) and flowers. On the first floor is a roof terrace with dining table and chairs with stunning views of the acropolis and Lindos village. The villa offers 2 double bedrooms on the first floor and a double lindian style platform bed on the ground floor. all reachable from doors off the main courtyard. With 2 kitchens including all modern appliances and 2 tiled bathrooms this villa is perfect for families or groups of friends. The villa is convieniently situated under the acropolis 5 minutes walk to the beach and only a 2 minute walk into the village where you will find shops, bars, restaurants and tavernas. The house is fully air conditioned throughout. This property has unlimited FREE Wifi Internet access 24 hrs a day.

Maid service is provided mid week on a 14 night stay where all linen and towels will be changed. Additional maid service is available upon request paid locally.

The villa is air conditioned throughout. A welcome pack containing essentials is provided on your arrival. An information book is provided including useful telephone numbers and the contact information for the villas Property Management Team. Our management team provide a welcome visit the day after arrival to check all is well and answer any questions you may have.

The traditional pebbled courtyard contains benches and cushions for lounging with colourful flowers. A roof terrace with amazing views of the Acropolis and Lindos village itself has an outside dining table and chairs with umbrellas for shade, perfect for al fresco dining.

The villa welcomes bookings from wedding parties as Lindos and the beautiful chruch of St Paul is only 5 minutes away it is a perfect spot to start your married life.

There are 3 beaches in Lindos all sand, St Pauls, Pallas Beach and the main beach all with tavernas, shops and watersports. Alternatively a 5 minute drive to Pefkos Beach again sand with tavernas and shops.

The airport is around 40 minutes by car as is Rhodes Town and Old Town.
2 minutes walk to the village.
5 minutes walk to the nearest beach.
5 minutes walk to the nearest car park.

To reserve this villa a deposit of 25% is payable upon booking with the remainding 75% to be paid no less than 8 weeks before departure. Please note credit card payments can be taken. If you are booking within the 8 week departure period the full amount is payable at this time. A 300 euros security bond is required when booking the villa and will be held by us and returned to you immediately after your holiday providing we have confirmation no damage has occurred during your stay. All rooms have independent wall mounted air conditioning units. A cot and highchair iron and ironing board are also provided. The villa rental cost is fully inclusive of air conditioning, water and electricity. A welcome pack can be provided upon request and smoking is prohibited inside the villa. Arrival time is after 4pm on the day of arrival and the villa must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Please email for full terms and conditions and cancellation policy.
