This beautifully designed home has a large open plan kitchen diner tastefully decorated, fully equipped with cooker, large fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster and essential crockery and cutlery. The large dining area has a contemporary dining table with seating for 6. The lounge has 3 sofas, two of which convert into single beds, TV, dvd & Cd player, elegant coffee table and A/C. There is also a separate downstairs shower room with toilet & wash basin.

Moving upstairs the master bedroom has a full size double bed, built in wardrobes & A/C and has double doors that open onto the balcony that has stunning views across the hills and gardens where the pool is nestled within the mature olive trees. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table & A/C. Both have stunning views from their private balconies. A fully fitted bathroom is also to be found on this level, full size bath with shower over, toilet & wash basin.

Warm/cold air-conditioning is available and included in the price. All windows are shuttered for your comfort and security. A folder containing housekeeping info, important contact numbers and local information is also provided.

The location of the villa enables easy access to a vast range of beautiful beaches along the south east coast of the island, from quiet coves to popular beaches often with water sports available.
The closest beach, Vlicha bay, is less than 5 minute drive away. Vlicha beach is a beautiful long beach with lovely clear water set on a bay south of the famous picturesque village of Lindos.

An award winning par 72 golf course is situated at Afandou, less than 30 minutes drive away.

Prasonissi is only a 40 minute drive away and is well regarded world wide for its water sports including kite surfing and windsurfing. Prasonissi, which is actually an island, is connected to the main body of Rhodes by a sandbank about 1000m long. Depending on the direction of the wind, the sea on one side of the bank will be rough and that on the other calm. The beach is sandy, crescent stretching of one mile and is a windsurfer enthusiast's paradise.

• Travel Info: Pilona is a typical sleepy hollow of a village, despite its proximity to the vibrant Lindos, and is about 46 km from Rhodes town. The road that runs around Pilona is part of a road that forms a circle connecting five villages and resorts, namely: Lindos; Pefkos; Lardos; Kalathos and, of course, Pilona. All these places are within 2-3km of each other and this has encouraged a sense of being part of “one big family” among the inhabitants of these five places. A great location for Lindos wedding couples and guests. Also a short drive from Prasonissi, a haven for water sports including kite surfing and windsurfing. Scuba diving trips can be arranged from Rhodes town. Several stables offer horse riding around the island. Our preferred changeover day is Wednesday, however we can be flexible, especially in low season. Please contact us to enquire about alternative days. A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking, followed by the final balance no later than 8 weeks before departure. A security bond of £200 is also payable with the final balance, and is returned immediately after your stay provided no damage has occurred. Payment by instalment is welcomed provided the balance is cleared no later than 8 weeks before departure. Payment will be accepted by bank transfer or Paypal (Sterling) 2% surcharge applies. Discounts may be negotiated for longer lets or during winter season, please contact us for more details.
