Villa Dimitra is a new contemporary villa, with private overflow pool and stunning sea views.  
 
Owning a Greek property has always been our dream and we are delighted to be able to share this stunning villa. Imagine sitting on the terrace, cool drink in hand, looking across the infinity pool and out to sea, there is fresh fish cooking on the barbeque and the sun is shining, what could be better? The villa is built to a very high specification and designed to accommodate 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms, of which 2 have sea view balconies and 2 bathrooms. The large open plan living space is stylish and comfortable, with an Italian leather sofa, black glass dinning furniture, flat screen TV, DVD and CD player. The bedrooms and living room all have airconditioning for your comfort. The infinity pool and large terrace offer stunning views of Vliha Bay and is well furnished with a rattan sofa, 6 sunlougers, and dining furniture for outdoor living. We are sure you will love Dimitra as much as we do!  
 
Living Room, huge open-plan room, with two large sliding patio doors, leading to the terrace and sea views. Large Italian leather corner sofa, dining table and chairs for 6, flat screen TV and CD player. Cool contemporary room a total chill out zone!  
 
The south facing sea view terrace is an informal outdoor eating area complete with outdoor sofa, 6 rattan loungers, armchairs, large glass dining table and a relaxing hammock 'egg' swing. The white sail pergola provides shade and infinity pool is illuminated at night. There is a large outdoor barbeque for relaxing meals. 
 
The large master large bedroom has a balcony with glass balustrade giving a panoramic seaview. The second bedroom has adjoining twin beds and sea view balcony. Bedroom 3 is located on the ground floor and is furnished wit twin beds. All the bedrooms have large wardrobes and are individually colour themed.  
 
The large first floor bathroom is fully tiled bathroom, complete with bath, shower over, wc and basin. There is also a washing machine. The small ground floor wet room, has a basin, shower head and wc.  
 
The contemporary open plan maple kitchen comes complete with new cooker, ceramic hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave and that essential dishwasher! Complete with a full range of cooking and dining utensils so you can enjoy the local Greek food at 'home'.  
 
Linen/maid service: Quality bedding and bathroom towels included. The villa is cleaned weekly. Bedlinen and towels are changed weekly. No beach towels are provided. If you require additional cleaning or a grocery pack, this can be provided at a reasonable cost.

The approach to Villa Dimitra is through the electronic gates leading to the front walled garden and private parking area. This area features a 100 year old olive tree. The rear of the property is south facing, with a large terraced area, with outdoor dining furniture. This overlooks the private 8m x 4m overflow pool, with underwater lights, tiled surround and outdoor shower. There is a traditional outdoor Greek barbecue so you cook and eat alfresco day and night. The rental of the villa is fully inclusive of controlled air-conditioning, water and electricity. We will provide information about Rhodes and the villa. For your reassaurance we will also supply a local emergency contact number. Please note we ask you to respect our strict no smoking view, to ensure all our guests can enjoy their holidays. Cot and highchair are Mothercare. Welcome packs can be provided for a small charge.

Villa Dimitra is situated on Vliha Bay and it is a 7 min walk to the enormous shingle beach, and a large supermarket. 
 
It is just five minute by bus or car to Lindos village with its golden sand beach. Lindos Village is a world heritage site, with white buildings and narrow cobble streets packed with traditional tavernas, restaurants, shops and bars, many of which are roof top with stunning views.  
 
Villa Dimitra is a great base to explore the island of Rhodes, with secret coves, beaches, mountain villages and historic Rhodes city with amazing shopping. There are golf courses, a water park, snorkelling adventures and trips to nearby islands. Couples worldwide choose to marry in a picturesque beach side church in St. Pauls Bay, which is 
just 10 minutes drive from the villa. What better place to honeymoon than in a romantic villa. Prassonissi at the southern tip of the island offers windsurfing. Go carting is available at Lardos.

Notes on prices Prices for property in UK Pounds inclusive. Payment also accepted in euro equivalent. For long winter or summer lets of 2 weeks plus a discount can be negotiated. Changeover day The preferred changeover day is Saturday, or Wednesday to Wednesday but other days may be possible by prior arrangement. Arrival times are after 4pm and departure by 10.00am. We are happy to take bookings all year round and we will negotiate discounts on 3 + weeks bookings. A 25% non refundable deposit is required at time of booking, the remaining balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. There is also a £200 security bond - this is held by us and returned to you immediately after your holiday, once we have confirmed no damage has occurred. Please note we do not take bookings for under 25's.
