This lovely villa is offers air conditioning throughout, three double sized bedrooms (the master bedroom being 5m x 4m), two bathrooms, its own private 8m x 4m overflow swimming pool and spacious private grounds. The upstairs bedrooms each have balconies which provide breathtaking views of the crystal clear Mediterranean Sea. The ground floor rooms open out onto verandas which afford similar simply stunning views of the bay.

Local Area Details
The villa is literally just one minute walk from the lovely beach in Vlicha Bay. A number of restaurants and shops are on the beach together with opportunities to hire equipment for water sports. The most popular resort on Rhodes is the ancient town of Lindos which is just 1km away in the adjoining bay. Lindos is a town not to be missed with a wealth of small shops and extensive restaurants all set in the quaint and narrow streets which are only accessible to people and donkeys. Lindos Acropolis sits above the town dominating the skyline. A little further away to the north Rhodes town provides an interesting day to explore shops and museums etc. While in the south of the island water sports are very popular where the Aegean Sea meets with the Mediterranean.

Facilities
Each of the three bedrooms and the living area has an air conditioning unit. The cost of using air conditioning is included in the rental price. In the lounge there is a library of games for the games console and DVDs for guests to use. The villa has two bathroom, one on each floor. They are both well appointed and very attractively finished. The landscaped grounds are approximately 1073 sq metres. This is a very spacious garden and is being planted with mainly orange and lemon trees.
