The big white house stands in its own private fenced garden, with exotic colourful plants, rare palms, and scented flowers. It has a large, fully tiled pool to the front, and beside that is a wide thatched patio with a bar, BBQ, fridge and dishwasher. There is seating for up to 20 guests, making it an ideal place for guests to dine and relax outdoors, right beside the pool.
Indoors, the villa is set out in a way that offers comfortable spacious accommodation and privacy.
The upper floor houses a room with queen size bed and a small lounge area with single sofa bed. There is a small kitchenette and a large bathroom with bath. The balcony offers views toward the south/east coast.
From the main door, to the left is a suite of rooms including one double, one twin and one single bedroom, each with balcony. It also has a kitchenette/dining area and a bathroom with bath.
To the right is a light airy room with four poster bed. There is a round dining table in the bay window, which overlooks the pool area. This room also has a kitchenette, lounge area with sofa bed and shower room.
The room to the rear of the house has twin beds plus a single sofa bed, kitchenette, dining area and bathroom with bath. Outside there is a large tiled terrace, shaded by a very old fig tree.
The pool is 15 x 5 metres, fully tiled, and kept in pristine condition by an efficient filtration/chlorination system. Depth graduates from 0.5 to 2 metres. The garden offers not only exotic plants and bright colours, but also perfumed jasmine and nightflowers, fresh fruits in season, and grassed areas to play on. The grounds are accessed via r/c gate, and there is ample hard standing for several vehicles.

The large thatched patio and the facilities it offers were set up in response to guests suggestions. The fridge is there so that cool drinks can be stored outside - just where you need them. There is a bar, a stone sink and a dishwasher to add convenience to outdoor dining. Parents will be able to relax here with full view of the pool, and children love the pool. The BBQ and traditional outdoor oven allow guests to make the most of the warm evenings, cooking and eating outdoors.

Golf course at Afandou, about 15 minutes by car.
There is a large Water Park only about 10 minutes away, at Faliraki.
Traditional Greek restaurants within walking distance. Butcher, Baker, Grocer and delicious locally made ice cream available in the village. 5 large super markets within 5 minutes drive.
Many different eating places and various activities e.g. go karts, mini golf, fun fair on offer in Faliraki and Rhodes Town.
