5 villas (for 4 till 5 persons) built on different levels on a hill overlooking the sea in a quiet area. 
White houses with an architecture of the greek islands, on a level, with an area of 64 m2 : each have a wonderful view allover the islands of Kalymnos and Pserimos. The sandy beach is at 300 m They are very confortable and are well supplied to welcome till 5 persons easely. From May till October, you are allowed to use the swimming pools of the hotels nearby. 
The living room (26m2) has a french window opening on the terrace with seaview and sunset; a dining-area, a kitchenette equiped with a 3electric cookers, an oven, a fridge with a freezer, a coffee pot and an electric kettle, a toaster and a dishwasher ; in the part of the sitting room, there are sofabeds and a wardrobe. Radio-CD.  
The bedroom with a doublebed and a private showerroom and WC has the seaview. The bedroom with twin beds has the hillview. The seperate bathroom/WC is equiped with a hair-dryer fixed on the wall. 
The terrace (18m2) is covered by a pergola and equiped with a table , garden chairs and deckchairs. A small barbecue is also provided . A special area to park a car is situated behind each house . Pets are not allowed. 
The construction is new (built in the year 2003) and of good quality : full isolated, double window-panes . The air condition is not necessary. During winter and for-season if necessary , all the rooms are equiped with an individual electric heating. The water is heated by sun energy and electricity if necessary..  
Towels are at your disposial on every 2 days and sheets once the week.Towels for the beach are not provided.  
Possibility of using our laundry. 
For the babies, babycots are available. (Babysitter on request in advance). 
The cleaning service at the end of your stay is on request : about 30 € .  
Special welcome by the owners : in case of an arrival at the end of the afternoon, everything is ready for the breakfast for the next day. Each house has a name of the greek Mythology (Phaeton, Prometheus, Princess Europe, Calypso and Nausicaa)and a cultural booklet about each , has been realised. There is also a mini-guide with suggestions of itineraries to do on the island and also on the other islands around. The owner Leonidas invites the guests for a welcome barbecue with greek mezzes.

Freezer, oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffe-maker, barbecue. Hairdryer in one bathroom. Clean towels are at disposal on every 2 days and sheets once per week. From May till October, you are allowed to use the swimming pools of the hotels nearby. Special welcome dinner by the owners who live on the spot.
