Confirmation Policy
In order to confirm a reservation it's necessary that 50% of the total amount be prepaid with credit card or bank swift. Minimum stay period one week.
Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation occurs:
- 7 to 21 days prior to the confirmed arrival date 50% of the stay is charged.
- 1 to 6 days prior to the confirmed arrival date, 100% of the stay is charged.
- "No show", or departure prior to the sceduled date, 100% of the stay is charged.
