Mykonos is an ideal place for Spring and Summer holidays. For many, Spring is its best season. This island is not only admired for its sandy beaches and lovely waters but also for its labyrinthine white cobbled streets and its ever-changing landscape. Wild flowers bloom everywhere to give Mykonos an aspect particularly worth seeing during Spring.

Our house is located close to the Aegean Sea and boasts magnificent undisturbed panorama of the sea and the nearby islands of Naxos and Paros. The sunsets from our upper and lower terraces are simply unforgettable. The property is only 10 minutes away from the romantic town centre, 8 minutes from the nearest sandy beach and 15 minutes from airport by car.

The house was newly built in 1996 and its 130 sq.m of living space is set over two levels. The top floor comprises of: A large living room/dining area which opens up to the upper terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea. A fully equipped open plan kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, cutlery, glasses, plates etc) and a shower room with WC. In addition there is a staircase leading up to the gallery which sleeps two.

On the lower level we have the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. This bedroom opens up to its private terrace and garden and enjoys a beautiful sea view. A little path leads to secluded rocky waters which are perfect for an early morning dip.

The lower level also comprises of another big double bedroom with large closets and sea views, a bathroom, Laundry area storing washing machine, tumble dryer, electric iron, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner.
