Villa Thygi has been built to a high standard with no expense spared. The villa is situeted 0.5 km from Sisi and 3 km from Malia. Hersonissos is 15 min. drive and the airport of heraklion is 40 minutes away. Sissi is a nice little village with a lot of local restaurants, taverns and tourist shops. The village Malia is bigger with more restaurants taverns, pubs and disco's, there are going busses from Sissi to Malia. In Sissi there are 3 nice little beaches, 10/15 minutes walk from the villa. When you take the mainroad to Malia you by car you find 5 minutes from the villa a wonderful large sandy beach. In the villa you will find 5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms all with baths, showers and toilets, a large living/tv room and a open kitchen with all modern equipment. Outside a wonderfull garden with swimming pool and seperate baby pool, a poolbar with fridge ,dvd and bbq. A babycot is available.Ther is wireless internet so you can bring you laptop with you. On the topfloor there is a crosstrainer for your workouts. 
We have very good contact with a local car rent company, with a free pick-up service from and to the airport. 
 
We do not rent to party's under the age of 25

The villa accomadation is situated on three floors, on the lower ground floor you will find 3 large double bedrooms all en-suit bathrooms featuring baths, toilets and showers. The ground floor consist of open kitchen/living/tv room and outside terrace to the pool and garden. The upper floor has a further 2 double bedrooms with a large shared bathroom featuring bath, toilet and shower, and 3 balconies. Outside a wonderfull garden with a large private swimming pool a seperate baby pool, outside shower and toilet. There is a poolbar with a large fridge, dvd player big bbq and lounge set with plenty shade and sun lounges. Every week a maid and linnen service.

Provisional bookings must be made by email to ensure that the accommodation is available on the dates you require. After the email we send you a bookingform. A provisional booking will be held for 5 days to allow you to get the deposit of 500 euros to our bankaccount and the bookingform in return to us. Full payment must be received two months prior to the date of arrivel together with a payment of 500 euros to be held as breaking and damage deposit, which we return within a month after the holiday when everything is clean and undamage in the villa.
