Villas Vavara and Iannis are unique in its design –
Vavara has 3 bedrooms and Iannis has 2, one being a family room. The villas are in a quiet and secluded location and makes an ideal retreat for that getaway holiday and yet it is so near to village life.
Iannis - On the ground floor there is another double bedroom, fully equipped bathroom with bath and a large sized walk in shower, hand basin and WC. On the First Floor you will find a large lounge and dining room plus a large terrace overlooking Souda Bay to the front and the White Mountains to the side. On this First Floor there is a fully fitted Kitchen with fridge/freezer and washing machine. In the Lounge/Dining area there are 2 full sized sofas.
Vavara has a more traditional layout with the dining room and kitchen on the ground floor and bedrooms on the first floor.
The Villas could not be any nearer to the Beaches, Shops and Tavernas which line the waterfront at Almirida Bay.

The villas also have a beautiful garden which has lemmon and olive trees (help yourself!). The villas shares this garden.

- Nearest Town : Kalives at 3 kilometers distance
- Travel Info: 2 and 3 bedroom villas (sleep 6 each), both with private pool. Air-conditioning. Satellite TV. Sunken garden to the front and a large patio/BBQ area to the side. Peaceful location, 5 minutes walk to the village and beach. Almyrida has a small supermarket. Historic town of Chania is about 30 mins. Both villas have superb views of the White Mountains.
