The property and its surroundings offer absolute privacy. The central heating converts Villa Anastasia in to a perfect place for winter holidays as well.

As for our little guests a big surprise is waiting for them. They will enjoy endless games in a special play ground made with a lot of love from the owners.

One hour by car from Heraklion and only 7 minutes from Rethymnon or 3 minutes from the sea, the traditional village of Prines is set on the lush green hill overhanging Rethymnon. Prines used to be an important place during the Venetian occupation and the church of St. Nicolas dates from the 13th century. All the necessary shops can be found in the village, such as 2 supermarkets, a traditional kafenio and a taverna. The village itself is surrounded by olive trees and is ideal for people who like less crowded places and want to be close to a very rich nature. Rethymnon is very close, offering many and diverse activities and excursions.

A reservation will be valid after a deposit of 25% of the total cost. The amount due will be payable two weeks prior to your arrival or upon arrival. Reservations will be confirmed by fax or email. After this confirmation you will receive by post an envelope containing a receipt of your payment, along with an official confirmation letter and interesting brochures regarding the area, maps etc.
