A small complex, very complete and well taken care off. Consists of 2 units, each having 2 large 3-room apartments surrounded with a beautiful garden. Due to the higher location of Villa Aliki, our guests have a superb view of the sea, the magnificent mountains and the village of Mirtos. The shops, restaurants, boulevard and beach are situated at approx. 150-250 meters and can be reached by means of a donkey trail. The complex can be reached by car as well via an asphalt- road. Using this road, the facilities are at about 400 meter distance.  
All apartments have a cosy colourful living room with sitting and dining area and space to put up an extra bed for a 5th person if required. The open plan kitchen is large and fully equipped, with for example: microwave, electric stove with oven, coffee maker, fridge freezer (separate door for freezing and refrigerating) and a lot of kitchen tools. There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The spacious terraces all have furniture.  
 
Summarized: Very quiet new apartments furnished to high standards, unique location and views. A sought after 1st class accomodation.New !!!! : on the same spot: holiday-house with 3 bedrooms, livingroom and 2 bathrooms. 
 
The spacious terraces have chairs, a table, an umbrella and sunbeds. The 3 room-apartment on the second floor has 3 balconies and a terrace. The 4 room- apartment has a terrace and 2 balconies. 
The apartments have television with satellite, ventilators and all have a safebox (for rent). All the apartments have air-conditioning, the use of this has to be paid locally.  
 
Conclusion: Situated in a quiet environment, beautiful apartments, unique because of their position, view and interior. A wanted accomodation with class.

Normally you can enter the apartment around 13.00, check-out is at 11 o’ clock. *After deciding renting an apartment, you receive a coupon per mail. The reservation is real when 20% of the deposit is paid together with eventual cleaning costs (private houses), this has to be done within ten days after the reservation. *There might be other rules for last minute reservations. *After receiving the deposit we’ll send you the voucher of the accomodation and a route description. *About a week before departure, we need to have contact again about your flightschedule. * At arrival you have to pay the failing amount to the representative. With her you can also arrange other things like airconditioning or hiring a safe.
