NOTES ON ACCOMODATION;
Children are welcome ,cot and highchair are provided.Please note the use of the pool is at your own risk.Children have to be supervised at all times by there parents.

All outside areas are maintained to a high standard.

Heraklion airport is 40km from the villa ,its about 35min drive/taxi ride.
All car hire can be arranged from the airport.

Villa Triton private garden has a large outside terrace with pool,facing south west.The terrace is equiped with lounge table and chairs ,sun lounges,parasols,stone bbq,large covered bar with fridge/sink and bar stools,the terrace and villa gave electric lights outside.There is also an outside bathroom with shower ,toilet and bassin.
Milatos beach is 5 min drive,Sisi beach is a 6 min drive.The Large famous sun beach of Malia at 10 min drive.
all beaches have have sunbeds/parasols ,toilets,showers,first aid and retaurants and bars.

BOOKING NOTES: To reserve the accomodation the client should complete the booking form enclosing a 50% deposit of the total price.The deposit will not be refunded in the event of a cancelletion being made within two months priot to the date of arrivel,unless the accomodation can be re-let. Full payment must be received two months priot to the date of arrivel along with a seperate payment of 500€ to be held as breakage and damage deposit,its returnded after the villa is checked by property managment for damages.
