25% of the total rental is payable with your booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.
Deposits are non-refundable. In the event that you have to cancel, you may be able to reclaim this on your holiday insurance, but please check your level of cover.
A refundable security deposit of £50 is required prior to your stay. It will be refunded to you once the property has been inspected by our housekeeper.
We accept payment by £ cheque or bank transfer in £ or €.

"What a fantastic place you have there in Makrigialos; the apartment was everything we were lead to expect and more with fantastic views of the bay and mountains. We quite enjoy the drive from Heraklion to Makrigialos with some stunning views along the way and find it breathtaking. The Bay View Complex is really well set out and the landscape and build textures are really in keeping with the surrounding mountain rock and perimeter walls. Your apartment is fitted to a very high standard and has everything and more needed for our holiday (and even slightly OTT!). Kevin and the site management team are really helpful and go out of their way if you need their assistance on any matters be it site related or local. We would recommend to our friends a stay at your really your really smart apartment with it's magnificent surround and thank you both for our most enjoyable stay there." Tom & Christine, Essex.
