The Villa is located in the traditional Cretan Village Koutouloufari, in the area of Hersonissos, in eastern coastline in Crete. Set on a beautiful, quiet and elevated position, the villa with private pools enjoy the most splendid, panoramic sea and area view of Hersonissos bay resort area. A perfect place for relaxing holidays, enjoying sunshine and Cretan hospitality. Only 1km to the town of Hersonissos with its many pale sandy beaches and exciting nightlife. The property is part of Marni Village hotel apartments complex, spread out around 25.000m2. With splendid gardens, flowers and trees of more than 10.000 m2, the property wishes to combine, on one side, a timeless, calming, nature environment overlooking the gathering crowd in the busy area of Hersonissos and the whole Hersonissos bay, and on the other side the entertaining town of Hersonissos with its exciting nightlife, plenty sandy beaches and the old harbour.

■1 master bedroom bedroom, with its own bathroom. 2 more bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms (1 bathroom has a tub). Maximum number of accommodated people is 6. A 7th person can sleep in the lounge, if possible with a small surcharge 15Euro/night. Private villa is a two storey, stone decorated, house villa, with a total area of 110 square meters. There are three bedrooms, as well as one bathroom and two more WC. In the ground level there is a spacious lounge with fireplace, satellite TV, normal kitchen area, microwaves. In the front of the villa there is a private pool and a lovely shaped, private furnished area around the pool, enjoying lovely and panoramic sea views of Hersonissos bay area, Crete. The villa is fully air-conditioned in all rooms and offer all facilities of a private house. Also, it is equipped with independent satellite receiver with 400 individual channels.

Exceptional villa that lived up to all the details as stated in the advert, located in a stunning position on a hill side with far reaching views towards the coast line. all staff at Marni village where always helpfull and you are within walking distance of Koutouloufari a vibrant village with plenty of restaurants and only 5mins away from the beach. (by car)
I would recommend this villa and complex to friends and family. the other thing I would mention if you arrive in the middle of the night as we did it would be worth requesting a welcome pack placed in the villa as it is not untill you arrive you wish you had some water and milk to make a drink.
