the villa is set in private grounds .it has been built using traditional local stone ,inside the furnishings also reflect a traditional cretan feel.
it has three floors the ground floor allows access for wheelchair users .there is a double bedroom with neighbouring wheel in shower room .there is a fully equipped kitchen and lounge dinning room area..
the first floor has three bedrooms one double with en suite bathroom and two twins .on the large upper veranda is a hotub jacuzzi.
the basement is a games and activity room with many games and books ,pool table ,playstation 2.it is an ideal space for keeping you out of the midday sun.
the pool area allows you to soak up the sun all day relaxing on the loungers in the shade of the umbrellas .the pool has a childrens pool attache (50 CMS depth ) with non slip surface .the pool area is not overlooked.
the location of the villa is ideal for exploring all regions of western crete.it is also possible to walk to the village of platanias (approximately 10 minutes)

there are 4 bicycles for the use of clients during their say.the basement of the villa is a large playroom with a full size american pool table and other games including playstation 2 . if required we are able to organise yoga pedicure and manicure and massage at the villa.(extra charges) yacht sailing trips and golf trips can also be arranged with prior notice(extra charges) the villa has cot highchair and small child facilities if required. information is available at the villa with suggestions for places to visit during your stay. the villa is within walking distance of platanias seaside village with many tavernas, shops, banks, cafes ,playparks,doctors ,dentist,pharmacy,day spa. chania is 10 km away here a visit to the venetian harbour is a must.

a deposit of 30 % is required to confirm your booking.this is returned if the booking is cancelled up to one month prior to your arrival date.the deposit is transferred to our bank account and the balance is paid in cash on arrival or by bank transfer one week prior to your arrival.
