Also just 10 min away from all beaches in area, such a Stavros,Kalathas, Marathi e.t.c. The maisonette consist of two bedrooms one big full organized kitchen,dinning room, living room with a wood stove, master bathroom with jacuzzi,one w.c and one w.c with shower.

Low Season Price : €490 High Season Price : €770 per Week
The amount is payble by the following: 20% of rental price within 14 days after receiving the bill, and the deposit is payble with the remaining balance is to be paid at least 2 weeks before the rental period begins. If the tenant is more than 14 days late in paying, then the advertiser is entitled to terminate the contract immediately and without notice let the property to someone else. If the tenant terminates the contract before the rental period starts and doesn't name a replacement that accepts the same terms, then they are responsible for percentages of the rental price to cover the costs, as long as a further rental is not possible.
