2 Bedroom Villa in Chania

THE VILLA: 
 
This modern built villa has a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside there is a shared swimming pool surrounded by a large terrace with sun beds and table & chairs. Alfresco dining can be enjoyed on the patio or on the extensive tiled roof top offering panoramic views of the bay and the surrounding mountains and countryside. 
 
THE AREA: 
 
Nopigia is a small village on the coast to the west of the rugged Cape Rodopou. The village is typically Greek, a little shabby at first glance, but the perfect place to enjoy the quiet life of Crete. There are three local tavernas in the village and just ten minutes by car will take you to the port of Kissamos with a choice of tavernas and shops, plus banking and medical facilities. 
 
The beach is mostly pebbly which becomes soft sand as you enter the azure water. A larger sandy beach with sunbeds and restaurant facilities is just 500m away and the famous beach of Falassama is less than 20 minutes by car. The area is quiet and rural with excellent coastline walks with the sea on one side and mountains on the other. The bus stop is less than 50m away and buses run every each hour to Chania, or the lively port of Kissamos. 
 
The surrounding area should not be missed and renting a car would give you the freedom to visit many local attractions. The famous Samaira Gorge is 45 minutes away, Limnopoulis Water Park 30 minutes away and beautiful beaches just a short drive away. 
 
A visit to Chania should also not be missed, a beautiful town where modern, Venetian, Turkish and traditional architecture are blended together in perfect harmony, creating a unique and attractive cosmopolitan town with winding alleys full of boutiques and restaurants. The beautiful venetian harbour offers visitors a relaxing dining experience on the waterfront, and boat trips around the harbour. 
 
 
 
 

The villa is in a very quiet and peaceful location less than a minutes stroll to the sea............. The villa has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing patio area, with a solarium rooftop offering panoramic views of the sea and mountainside where you can barbecue and watch the sun go down. If you plan to hire a car there is private allocated parking space for your use or, if you prefer, hire a bicycle and discover the local area at leisure. There are several restaurants within walking distance of the villa.

 
Less than a minutes stroll to the sea, you can take your sunbed and picnic box and enjoy lunch on the beach yet still be a stone throw from the comforts of the villa. 
 
If you enjoy walking, take the coastal route towards the Rodpolou peninsular and enjoy the spectacular views of the coast. Or walk along the beach towards Kissamos and enjoy lunch on the way.
