Vacation Rental Description
The villa is situated ouside the village of Tsivaras, just 5 minutes driving from the beach of Kalyves or Almyrida. The old town of Chania can be reached in 20 minutes and Rethymnon in 30 minutes. 
All amenities can be found in Kalyves, Vamos and Almyrida. 
The house contains a fully equiped kitchen with fridge, freezer, micro wave, oven, kettle, dish machine and wash machien. 
There is 3 bedrooms, one the the ground floor with bunk beds, 2 on the first floor - 1 master bedroom with a double bed and 1 with twin beds. 
Each bedroom has its own air conditionning unit. All windows are equiped with shutters and fly screens. 
A Flat Screen tv with satellite receiver is at your disposal in the living room and in one bedroom. 
Terrasses are fully equiped with sun beds and umbrellas. 
The swimming pool does not contain chemical products. The purification system is based on salt - no chlorine.
