A new villa with sea view in the greenest region of Crete, only 100 metres to the beach, surrounded by excellent natural beauties, beaches, mountains, ancient and historical places. Crete has the mildest climate in Europe and you can enjoy the famous and healthy Mediterranean food. Newly built villa, with 3 bedrooms, garden, pool for up to 7 persons. On ground floor has a spacious open plan sitting/dinning room, tastefully furnished, a fully equipped kitchen (cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, e-kettle, coffee maker, toaster), a twin bedroom and a room with shower/WC. The first floor has 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, and a bathroom/ WC. The bedrooms have balconies with see view, while the windows at the rear have view to the majestic «white mountains». Beautiful wooden ceilings throughout the property. Air/conditioning (cooling + heat), mosquito screens throughout, satellite TV, washing machine, make the stay more pleasant. The own garden has a 38 m2 pool (1.10-1,60 m deep) with a turbo jet system, adequate sun loungers/umbrellas and barbeque area. Sports, like fishing, snorkelling, diving, mountain biking and horse riding. Beach-taverns, cafes, Supermarkets, a physician and a pharmacy 100 to 300m. Distance to the beach: 100 m

In the area there is a possibility for some kind of sports such as water games, fishing, snorkelling, diving, paragliding, mountain biking, horse riding etc. You can enjoy some local, traditional festivities.The villa enables relaxing and pleasant holidays by offering tranquillity, a private pool and a beautiful big garden with lawn, trees and roses. Supermarkets, taverns, cafes, a physician, a pharmacy are within 100-300 m.
Activities
MALEME, is a historical village, from the post Minoan period, on the coast of the northern site of west Crete, with approx. 800 inhabitants. It lies on small hills in the greenest region of Crete, surrounded by olive trees, orange trees and wine yards and offers to the gourmets the famous olive oil, the excellent thyme honey and the homemade Cretan wines.The visitor will enjoy the beautiful sea, the majestic view on the 2500 m “white mountains”, the amazing natural beauty of the region, the gorges, the walking on E4 alpin paths as well as the archaeological places Kydonia, Polyrhynia and Falasarna, the post Minoan tomb (all artefacts found here are displayed in the archaeological museum of Chania, in the old Venetian city), and the memorial and the graves of the fallen German troops during 2nd WW. Maleme is remembered mostly for the fierce fighting, that took place here during the German assault on Crete in 1941. The battle of Crete is a worldwide symbol of struggle for freedom.

Paying methods: Bank transfer only to my bank account in Greece or in Germany. By paying a deposit of 25% your booking will be definitive and binding for both parties. Immediately after the deposit shows on my account you will get a receipt confirming the booking. Six weeks before your arrival a further 50% deposit will be due. You will get again a receipt by email. The balance of 25% is payable upon your arrival.
