Our apartments are situated in front of the Cretan sea,ideal place for relaxing and enjoying the Cretan sun.
Vacation Rental Description
Our apartments are located in Stavros,just 14km from the town of Chania,10km form the airport and 11km from Souda harbour.Our apartments are set on a ground of 10000m² and are surrounded by sea and colourful gardens. Our apartments and studios were built in 2002 according the latest standards of European Union ,are set on a ground of 10000m² surrounded by sea.In front of the apartments lies a rocky beach ideal for fishing and snorkelling but just 200meters away there is a beautiful sandy beach.
For our younger friends there is a basketball court,a small playground and a special children section in our fresh water swimming pool. In the enclosed area your children can play and move around carefree.We can also provide you with baby bed and baby cot for our younger guests.
There is a washing machine as well as a barbeque on the premises available for our guests.
All apartments are fully equipped with cuttlery and linen.
All apartments are air conditioned.
There are three types of apartment available.
The one bedroom type apartment of forty five square meters consists of a bedroom, a spacious lounge room equipped with two bed sofas and television, a fully equipped kitchen with kitchenette, boiler and coffee machine and one veranda with sea view.
Linen are changed two times per week or more if necessary.
Cleaning lady takes of the garbidge every day.
All apartments are air conditioned.

The price of the apartment depends on the number of the renters. In order to consider a reservation valid,we ask for a prepayment of 20 % of the total price in our account in the bank or through paypal (4,5% expenses).The rest of the money are to be paid in cash on arrival after you check that everything is as reserved. In case of cancellation 21days prior to your arrival we will return your deposit.
