Villa Athina is located in Porto Rafti, a most charming old fishing village, a beautiful holiday resort that has not been deluged by too many tourists, very convenient for the airport and downtown Athens. The sea is crystal clear with a variety of beaches, while the nearest sandy beach of Agia Marina is only 15 minutes walk, perfect for a Summer Sea and Sun Holiday in Greece or a Restful Winter Retreat.

Contemporary furnished, air-conditioned and centrally heated, the house is fronted with a small herb garden for our guests' use and there is a further garden to the side which provides a pleasant aspect sitting on the large patio area. From the 2 large L-shaped balconies of the house, you can enjoy the panoramic views of the mountains and to the sea.

With one king en-suite, one double and two twin bedrooms, the villa sleeps 8 and a baby, ideal for families or 'get-togethers', with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. Historic Athens is a mere 38 kilometres away, while the impressive temple of Poseidon (Sounio), the Temple of Artemis (Vravrona), the pine forest (Kouvara) with monasteries and picnic area, Marathon, Delphi, Corinthos and many more places of interest, offer the prospect of fantastic day trips.
From the ports of Rafina, Lavrio and Piraeus, you can also enjoy day visits or cruises to many islands.

Set on a quiet residential road, about 1.2 km from the sea front, the villa has been designed and furnished with great attention to ensure trouble-free holidays while creating a warm and homely atmosphere.

The house is on 3 floors, with an open plan fully equipped, quality kitchen/dining and sitting area on the mezzanine lower garden floor. There is also a separate washroom at this level.
A beautiful spiral staircase leads to the middle floor where are 2 fully furnished bedrooms, a double and a twin and a shower/toilet room. From the double bedroom a sliding door leads you to the large L-shaped balcony with lovely mountain views.
On the top floor there is a king-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with a sliding door opening to the large L-shape balcony with panoramic views of the mountains and to the sea.
Outside there is a gated parking space for up to 2 cars.

The area surrounding Porto Rafti is rich in history and has many beautiful shallow sandy beaches with crystal clear water while there are many restaurants with authentic Greek food and fish tavernas serving the catch of the day!
You can enjoy: water sports, snorkeling, diving off the rocky coast, play tennis, horse-ride, or dance the night.

The Attica Zoological Park (a few minutes drive) is worth a visit, especially if you have children.

Athens with its Parthenon, museums and flea market is only 35 km, while the Airport is only 12 km away.

There are many ancient sites and temples nearby. They include:
• The impressive temple of Poseidon in Sounio
• The temple of Artemis and museum in Vravrona
• The burial mound and museum of Marathon

• Corinth, Mycenae, Olympia, Epidavros, Delphi offer the prospect of fantastic day trips.
• From the port of Rafina, Lavrio and Piraeus you can board the boat for many islands.

Bed linen and bath towels are included in the price and are changed weekly.

The kitchen is very well equipped with a fitted Mielle fan oven, 4 ring hob, extractor fan, large refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toast maker, and we provide kitchen towels and oven mats. In the dining area there is a large table with 8 chairs and baby high chair(s) available.

Pre-arrival cleaning is included in the rental price.

You will also find in the house an Iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Our garden and patio have a large table with chairs, parasol, sun-loungers and a free standing barbeque.

We will send you a comprehensive guide and recommend places to see, where to eat, suitable beaches. We also stock sun toys, rackets and nets for kids to catch some fish or crabs.

Low Season Price : £900
High Season Price : £1100 per Week

Rental prices are in GB pounds but we also accept payments in Euros, please visit our website or email us for prices.
Payment mainly by bank transfer or partly by cash upon arrival.

The rental prices are for the villa on a self-catering basis and include all bills of electricity, water and air-conditioning (or central heating for the winter months, excluding Christmas), as well as bed linen and bath towels changed weekly.

The rental prices are for a maximum of 8 people all sleeping in beds.
For an extra baby (a 9th person), we add a cot at an extra cost of 30 GB pound or 40 euro per week.

A 50% booking deposit is required with the signing of the rental agreement.

A refundable damage deposit of 300 GB pounds or 400 Euro is required.
