This stunning, bright and airy 3 bedroom, 2 full bath duplex vacation rental penthouse apartment is perfectly located in downtown Athens between the old Olympic Stadium and the Athens Hilton. Perched on the top two floors of a newly built property, the three bedrooms comfortably sleep 6 guests in two doubles and two singles. Groups of 8 can be accommodated using the sleeper sofa in the living room.  
The apartment's main level opens out on to a spacious private veranda, where our guests enjoy a second living room and dining area, where our guests frequently dine al fresco or spend time relaxing after a day of exploring the historical center of Athens.  
Our full size American kitchen, complete with dishwasher, is stocked with everything you'll need to prepare a simple breakfast or a gourmet meal. We've even provided the cookbooks to get you going on your own Greek feast, and out neighborhood's three weekly farmers' markets are the place to start your shopping. Anything you are missing is easily found at one of the 3 nearby supermarkets, 2 butchers, a cheese shop and about a dozen different bakeries.  
The penthouse is located on a quiet side street a half block from a lovely tree lined boulevard, where the locals "volta" or stroll in the afternoons and early evening, enjoying gelato and iced coffees, or shopping at the neighborhoods many boutiques. Of course, no visit to Athens would be complete without a visit to the Acropolis, just 15 - 20 minutes by foot, past the Old Olympic Stadium (Kalimarmaro)and Hadrien's Arch into the Plaka. If you like museums, you'll love our location walking distance, through the National Gardens, to the Benaki Museum and the Museum of Cycladic Art. Along the way you'll visit the Zappeion Gardens and perhaps enjoy a Greek frappe (iced coffee) in the garden at Aigli.  
Back home in the evening, throw in a load of wash and enjoy our free unlimited international long distance as well as free unlimited high speed internet (on your computer or our computer) to keep in touch with friends and family back home. 
And your days will surely end with a nightcap, glass of wine or cup of tea on our terrace, overlooking the lights of the Parthenon ontop of the Acropolis, and the tiny church of St George atop Mount Lykavittos. The perfect end to another perfect Athens day!

We'll make sure a friendly, non smoking, English speaking driver is waiting for your plane, train or boat, ready to quickly whisk you to the apartment where you will be glad to settle in and relax after your journey. Of course if your trip was short and you prefer to get yourselves "home" on your own from the airport you can hop on the metro to the Evangelismos station, or ride airport express bus to the same stop.

				High Season Price:	€400 per Day

Rates quoted are for 4 guests for stays of less than 6 nights. Rates for 6 guests, 300 euro per night and rates for 8 guests, 400 euro per night. Please note that we do have a 3 consecutive night stay minimum requirement, 28 days maximum stay. Reservations require a 500 euro deposit, payable by most major credit cards, bank wire transfer or personal check from US residents only. Balance in full due 60 days prior to arrival, 90 days for Christmas, New Years and Easter. Upon receipt of the deposit and signed reservation agreement, we will confirm your reservation. Primary guest must be age 25 or older.
