VACATION HOME RENTAL 
Pamper yourself in our large waterfront luxury estate home known by the locals as the “Palace of Schinias.” Our spacious home is ideal for your perfect Sea, Sun, and Fun Vacation in Greece. Our vacation rental is a complete package. It includes a beautiful home directly on the Aegean seashore with swimming pool for your relaxation and, if you wish, an air conditioned van with a courteous driver who speaks excellent English to take you on your exploration of Greece. You will not find a better bargain in Greece. 
 
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF OUR VACATION RENTAL 
Our seashore home is spacious and well appointed for your comfort ... plenty of balcony space and views for all. It is a large (650 square meter, 7015 sq ft) single-family home having 5 levels located directly on the sea with a private swimming pool and an attached garage. It is not part of a townhouse, condominium or apartment complex nor does it share a common wall with another house. The five levels are a penthouse bedroom level, the bedroom level with four bedrooms, living level, swimming pool level with a walk-out apartment, and the garage level. The house is nested in a hillside and each level except the penthouse bedroom has direct ground level access.  
 
Our vacation rental is the living, bedroom, and penthouse levels of the house providing sleeping for up to 10 people in comfort and privacy (434 sq meters, 4800 square feet). For groups larger than ten people, we can supplement the total sleeping arrangements to 12 people by using portable beds. Our maximum group size is 12 people, including children and infants. We only rent to one group at a time.  
 
CONVENIENT LOCATION 
We are located in the Schinias Community of Themis, one of Athens’ most prestigious seashore neighborhoods, convenient to the airport and downtown Athens. Our home is directly on the Aegean Sea with its crystal blue waters seemingly touchable from our large balconies. There is no need to drive to a beach. The pool is in the garden and the sea is only steps away out our back gate.

RELAX, LEAVE THE DRIVING TO US. For groups of six or less we can provide a vehicle and driver to show you around our part of Greece. Visit the major sites of interest in Athens, Delphi, Mycenae, and Epidavros then discover hidden treats off the beaten path as well. We will meet you at the airport, provide for your transportation needs while you are staying at Villa Sxinias, and return you to the airport when you depart. Our English speaking driver is safe, courtous and friendly. You will not be a stranger in a strange land. Email us for details of our vacation transportation option. If your group is larger than six people, we can provide drivers for your rental vehicles. We also can take you to one of Greece's most popular islands, Hydra.

Villa Sxinias is ideally located for you to visit the major sites and museums in Athens, eastern Attica, and the northeastern Peloponnese. Athens, Delphi, Epidavros, Mycenae, Cape Sounion, Marathon, Thermopylae, Tiryns, Varvrona, Corinth, Nafplio, Loutraki, and the Islands of Andros, Mykonos, and Evia are all here waiting for you.

Athens with its world famous sites of antiquity, museums, shopping areas, and restaurants are easily accessible using public transportation or by private automobile. Delphi, Mycenae, Epidavos, Corinth, Cape Sounion, Sparta, and other pages of history are convenient day trips by car. Seajets from Rafina provide day cruises to many of Greece’s beautiful islands such as Mykonos, Tinos, Andros, and Evia. Nearby beach clubs provide water sports and sailing opportunities. Our home has its pool and seashore location for relaxation and swimming. Hiking and fishing opportunities abound along the undisturbed shoreline of Schinias. The local area with its lively towns of Marathon, Nea Makri, and Rafina offer many fine restaurants, clubs, sites of antiquity, museums and other attractions.
