Our sky villa, perched on top of an 80's "skyskraper" unwent a complete gut renovation in 2007, transformed into a bright, open and airy 3 bedroom, 3 bath duplex penthouse perfect for family getaways, reunions of friends, or couples traveling together - with three full baths our penthouse is a bargain when compared to the areas' 4 and 5 star hotels.

The main level of the penthouse has an oversized open floor plan kitchen and living room. The gourmet American kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare a simple breakfast or a Greek feast (which of course, we hope you'll enjoy on the terrace overlooking the sites of the city!) We've loaded this property with everything you could need, since it is our home away from home, thus we've included not only a dishwasher, but also a microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, pots and pans, soup kettles and casseroles ... along with table settings for up to 12 guests.

The master bedroom, which sleeps 3 guests in a King and a twin, on the main level has an en suite bath with jacuzzi and spa hydrotherapy rainforest shower, and lovely views of Mount Lykavittos as you curl up in your King size Sealy posturepedic bed - wrapped in high thread count luxury bed linens. In the morning you'll enjoy coffee on the balcony, wrapped in one of our fluffy oversized bath robes.

The fireplace room or family room, sleeps 4 guests in a Queen and 2 twins. With access to the wrap around balcony, the morning sun will smile upon you, calling you to rise and explore Our Athena.

Upstairs, the roof garden studio sleeps an additional 2 or 3 guests in a Queen and twin bed, with its own en suite bath complete with a spa hydrotherapy shower. The roof garden studio opens out onto the landscaped, furnished terrace, and its the favorite spot of all our guests to relax with a glass of wine or ouzo at the end of a day's adventures.

No detail has been left out in the planning of this luxury penthouse: Not only do we provide free highspeed wireless or wired internet, but we also help you keep in touch with friends and family by phone, with our free international long distance phone service. You'll also find a 110 - 60c electricity charging station, perfect for charging up your US or Canadian cell phones, cameras, IPODs and just about anything else you've brought along that needs power. Our course, our bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers, so no need to bring those along.

Low Season Price : €250 High Season Price : €650 per Day
Rates quoted are for 4 guests for stays of more than 7 nights. Rates for 6 guests, 300 euro per night and rates for 8 guests, 400 euro per night based on a 7 night stay, higher rates apply to stays of 6 nights of less. Please note that we do have a 3 consecutive night stay minimum requirement, 28 days maximum stay. Reservations require a 500 euro deposit, payable by most major credit cards, bank wire transfer or personal check from US residents only. Balance in full due 60 days prior to arrival, 90 days for Christmas, New Years and Easter. Upon receipt of the deposit and signed reservation agreement, we will confirm your reservation. Primary guest must be age 25 or older.
