Vacation Rental Description
The Athens Heritage House is a luxurious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath two family Neo-Classical home in the shadow of the Acropolis in the historical center of Athens. 
Completely and lovingly restored in 2006 - 2007, this spacious vacation rental comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms. The main house has two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other with two twins, while the courtyard garden studio, which is a semi-detached suite facing the courtyard garden, sleeps an 2 guests in a Queen bed. Twin sofa-trundle beds sleep 2 additional guests in the open floor plan living room, leaving the main sofa for others to use. 
There are two full baths, one which is located in the garden studio, the other in the main house, with its oversized clawfoot soaking tub and glass enclosed shower. There is also a 3rd bath, which is a powder room or WC.

    • The Athens Heritage House is as perfect for two or three couples traveling together, as well as for multi-generational family groups planning a reunion in Greece. It's central location is ideal for exploring the historical sites of Athens as well as the up and coming former warehouse areas of Gazi and Psirri.  
    Situated steps from the boardwalk or pedestrian zone which winds through the historical center, up to the Acropolis and down into the Ancient Agora, it's like living history! Yet modern Athens is alive and well in the streets of Gazi and Psirri, packed with locals enjoying the cafes, restaurants, galleries and boutiques.  
     
    Guests of our Heritage House often choose to let us help plan their stays - which includes getting beyond the Acropolis and exploring the city's finest museums, hidden treasures and off the beaten path sites that guidebooks often miss.

    		  Low Season Price: €250 per Day
      High Season Price: €450 per Day
         

    Rates quoted are for 4 guests for stays of less than 6 nights. Rates for 6 guests, 350 euro per night and rates for 8 guests, 450 euro per night. Please note that we do have a 3 consecutive night stay minimum requirement, 28 days maximum stay. Reservations require a 500 euro deposit, payable by most major credit cards, bank wire transfer or personal check from US residents only. Balance in full due 60 days prior to arrival, 90 days for Christmas, New Years and Easter. Upon receipt of the deposit and signed reservation agreement, we will confirm your reservation. Primary guest must be age 25 or older.
