Vacation Rental Description
The penthouse is an excellent apartment for your stay in Athens either you are here for vacations or business. 
The apartment is on the 4th & 5th floor (top floor). 
On the 5th floor are the 2 bedrooms (double beds, air-conditions, double glaze windows), the bathroom and a big balcony. 
On the 4th floor is the kitchen (fully equipped), living room (can sit 7-8 people), the dinning talbe, the wc and another big balcony. 
 
The apartment has central heating, air-cinditions, telephone line (from 1st May 2010) and fast internet connection.( free) 
 
You do not have to worry about anything when you booking our apartments. Just watch the video of the apartment to be sure you know exactly what you are booking.

The area nice and very safe. The transportation is very good.  
Metro , bus access to the city center, airport, and port. 24 hours because of the excelent location. 
 
Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.  
You will have to respect the apartment and the neighbors. 
Parties are not allowed. 
Loud music is not allowed. 
The apartment is not for people that make a lot of noise. 
You cannot invite people to the apartment except if you inform us and agree. 
 
The apartment is located at 7 Arkadias street, Ampelokipi area, Athens. 
The area is very safe. 
There is bus stop 50 meters away (less than a minute) and metro station 8 minutes walk from the apartment. 
If you do not like walking you can combine bus and metro. 
Syntagma metro station (city centre) is 4 metro stations away from the apartment. 
Acropolis, Plaka, & Monastiraki area only 5 metro stations away. (Historical attractions) 
National archaeological museum: easy access with direct bus line from the bus stop 50 meters away from the apartment. 
The cost for weekly ticket is only 10 euro per person. 
Bed linens and towels provided. 
Our discrete presence (i live at 4 Arkadias street, 40 meters away) will offer you the necessary feeling of safety in a new environment and we will be close enough to help you with anything you may need.
