The town of Anavissos(along with its sister town of Saronida) is located 45 kilometers from Athens (about a 50 minute drive along Athens 'Riviera or Gold Coast'). The entire Anavissos Bay, the horizon, and the Southeastern mountain range are your first sight in the morning when opening the bedroom windows of your mountainside villa retreat. On many cloudless days, you can make out the nearby Aegean Island of Aegina. 
 
And the waterfalls in the villa's own gardens also serve to ease life's daily stress, and lift one's spirits. 
 
Your stay in this luxury villa will be enhanced by the numerous options for dining, sightseeing, swimming, water sports available. And when the mood hits you after a day's relaxation in the sun, put on a DVD movie on the 7x7 foot screen of your Home Cinema. 
 
Built in 2005, hosted by on-site advisors.: This modern luxury villa is located on a mountainside overlooking Anavyssos Bay (belonging to the Saronic Gulf) in Anavyssos, Greece. 
 
You will occupy the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Villa, with a private entrance from the outside on the 2nd floor. Access between the 2nd and 3rd floors is by stairs or by elevator. Your host/owners (fluent in English, Greek, and German) occupy the ground floor of the villa, and take pleasure in sharing their wide knowledge of Greek culture and local customs with their guests. 
 
The beaches of the area.: The expansive beach (in panoramic view from your two 2nd-floor verandas or your three 3rd-floor verandas) is just a 3-minute drive away down the hill. Your choice of beaches is varied...pebble beaches, sand beaches, beaches with shade trees, beaches with free beach umbrellas, etc. Choose a different beach experience every day. An outdoor shower in the villa's garden will get the sand off your feet before entering your luxury setting. 
 
Dining Options.: A 2-minute drive away is the cosmopolitan town of Saronida (sister town of Anavyssos) a favorite week-end destination for Athenians that offers every type of dining option, from pizza parlors, to hamburger palaces, to restaurants specializing in “mezedes” (wide variety of hors d’oeuvres). In the neighboring town of Palea Phokia, you can choose among 6 restaurants right on the beach that specialize in fish and deep sea food. And numerous grill restaurants are just a minute’s walk from the beach.
