Norderpiep House is a small vacation home (ca. 50 m²). Situated in a nice garden, here you will a quiet surrounding. The distance to the beach is just 400 m. It is a non-smoking house and pets are not allowed. 
The house delivers much room up to 2 persons (adults). Everything is accessible on ground floor. 
 
Structure of the house:  
- floor, 
- one little bedroom with a bed (100x200 cm) und a wardrobe, 
- 2nd bedroom with a bed (140x200 cm), surrounded by cupboards.  
Bedrooms are furnished with pine furniture. In bedroom I there is a carpeted floor, bedroom II has a tiled flooring. 
- bathroom with shower, washbowl and wc. A cupboard offers plenty of space. The tiled flooring has a floor heating. 
 
- The lounge with dining area has corner with window, where a small kitchenette is integrated. Just a few equipment details should be missed. Equipped with electric cooker, oven, refridgerator, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, etc.. 
The lounge is furnished with alder wood furniture, a leather couch and a rattan armchair. Between lounge and kitchenette is a big dining table with chairs. An open chimney belongs to the lounge. The lounge flooring is tiled (with heating).  
At the house is a nice, half roofed terrace with garden furniture. From the lounge you can directly enter the terrace and the adjacent lawn.  
 
There also is a shelter at the house, with provides 2 deckchairs, 2 older bikes and a charcoal grill. 
The house-keeping room at Sandboll House (ca. 150 m away), equipped with washing machine and dryer, can also be used.
