You find our 5 stars Deluxe Holiday apartments in an exclusiv and quiet but central location directly situated at the Godewind Park / Kaiserallee or in front of the Baltic Sea at the Beach ! All apartments are situated in small typical german apartment houses with not more than 10 apartements in each house. From all apartments it tooks you only some steps to the beach and the spectacular promenade. The beautiful apartments are flooded with light and from the balcony you have spectacular views. After a change in the ownership all apartments were totally renovated and carefully refurnished. 
 
2-4 bicycles and car parking wait for you the hole year. In the summertime we offer you a free of charge beach chair. 
 
The apartments are furnished with a wood-design-flooring, the bathrooms are designed in a mediterranean style with italian tiles or granit. In the kitchens vou find state of the art technique from renowned manufacturers e.g. dishwasher, cooking zone, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, waterheater, toaster, mixer, fruit press, spice rack etc. In the living rooms you will find a 42-Zoll-Plasma-TV, a hifi system and a DVD-Player beside an exclusive interior ( Design-Couch, dinig table with four chairs etc. ) . In the sleeping rooms a second TV ( 26-Zoll-LCD-TV ) are waiting for you. All mattresses are adjustable. In the summertime you can have a barbecue on the wooden balcony ( electric grill available ). 
 
The price includes : using of two bicycles, car parking and beach chair. Bed sheets, towelset, dish towels and tableclothes.
