The family vacation apartment with modern furnitures lies in quiet garden surrounding. It takes you 19 min to the center of Dresden by tram and only some minutes to get to the river Elbe (between bridge "Blaues Wunder" an the castle Schloss Pillnitz) on foot or by bicycle. The apartment is spacious for up to 4 persons but 6 persons are possible.

Living-room/kitchen (32 m²): cabel-tv, radio/ cd/ taperecorder, couch, stove/oven, refrigerator, coffee-machine, toaster, 
Sleeping-room (17 m²): large double-bed, desk, bath room and toilet seperate.
Inclusive are children´s high chair, bedlinen changed 1 x / week, dishclothes and towels changed 2 x / week, floor heating, bicycle storage, 
for a fee: baby bed (20 EUR), rent of bicycles, washing-service, Baby sitting on inquiry. Pets are not allowed, smoking only on the balcony. 
In the neighbourhood (200-700 m) there are some restaurants, bakery, butcher, fruit and vegetable shop, supermarkets, bank, drugstore and hairdresser, bicycle-workshop 1 km.

Dresden is known for its sights, its cultural offers and the attraction of the area. The bicycle path that proceeds next to the house, invites you to an excursion to Meißen and the Saxon Switzerland. Make sure not to miss a tour on the Elbe with one of the historic paddle-steamers!

More informations at www.vacation-apartment-dresden.de In case of booking you agree with the following fees in case of cancellation: 10% of the price for overnight stays until 46 days before the arranged date of arrival, 25% of the price for overnight stays from 45 days before the arranged date of arrival, 50 % of the price for overnight stays from 30 days before the arranged date of arrival, 75 % from 14 days before the arranged date of arrival, 90 % from 7 days before the arranged date of arrival. We recommend to effect a travel cancellation insurance. May we ask you to pay 50 % or more by bank transfer or credit card within 5 days after our confirmation and the other part at your arrival (cash only please)? Please take note that we can not accept any cheque. Please let us know if you wish to pay by Paypal (additional charge of 5 % for you).
